INFORMATION FOR EMPLOYERS

Niagara College's Job Connect program offers a wide variety of solutions to meet your hiring needs. Our professional Consultants can assist you by posting your job openings, identifying potential candidates and providing information regarding potential funding to cover the cost of training.

The Job Connect program offers eligible employers training subsidies for hiring employees who are:

  • Between the ages of 16 and 24
  • Out of school and out of work
  • Not eligible for EI or WSIB

The Job Connect program offers employers the opportunity to select, interview and train candidates from our program for permanent employment.
